At BabyBloom, customer satisfaction is important to us.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in original condition.
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days with photos or videos.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
• Non-returnable items include used products, items without original packaging, and final sale items.
